Home
When you first open the ElderHub, you’ll land on the ‘Home’ page. Here you’ll be able to see any current or future placements that you’re working on. If you’re currently working on a placement, you’ll be able to access the Care Logs and Incident Reporting tool here. You can also find our Newsfeed on the ‘Home’ page.
Use the Menu bar to navigate to other areas of the ElderHub. The menu bar is always visible at the top of the page, whether you're accessing the portal on desktop or mobile.
Schedule
The ‘Schedule’ page displays any current and future placements that you’re working on. Each placement will be shown on an individual card where you’ll be able to read about the care recipient and their care needs. You’ll also be able to find contact details for the
customer and outgoing carer, if applicable. This will be displayed 48 hours before the handover is due to take place.
Placements
The ‘Placements’ page is where you’ll be able to view and apply for future placements, as well as setting and editing your placement preferences. Find out more about making placement applications here.
You can also switch to the ‘Applications’ tab to see the status of your existing applications.
Your name
Your name will always be displayed on the Menu bar. If you click on this tab, you’ll find a drop-down list with the following options:
‘My profile’ - view and edit your profile
‘My payments’ - view previous and upcoming payments relating to your work with Elder
‘Account settings’ - view and edit the information on your Elder account
‘Help and support’ - find answers to frequently asked questions, and read our Terms and Conditions
