We’re sorry to hear that you no longer wish to use Elder’s platform as an Independent Care Professional.

If you no longer wish to partner with Elder, we can help you deactivate your account. Let us know by sending us a on Elder chat or emailing us on [email protected]

As a reminder, carers use the Elder Platform on a self-employed basis, and on a contractual basis: therefore communication relating to closing your account is not equivalent to any termination of employment.
