We expect accommodation in the care environment to provide you with basic amenities and services. For example, you should be able to expect:
Your own room
Access to a working bathroom and shower or tub
Storage for your own belongings
Access to laundry facilities
Access to a refrigerator
Please note that the following are NOT items that will necessarily be provided:
Personal Toiletries
Specialist food
Food appropriate for dietary requirements
We recommend that customers supply WiFi on placements, but this isn't guaranteed. Make sure you check the Care Profile for details on these items!
