Downloading the Elder Hub and logging in

The Elder Hub is now available as an app in your favourite app store – making it even easier to manage your placements, track your rewards, and stay updated.

To get started, click on the ‘App Store’ link below if you use an iPhone, or ‘Google Play’ if you’re an Android user. After you install the app simply login in the same way you usually do.

To log in to the Elder Hub, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to carers.elder.org using your internet browser

  2. Enter your phone number in the field that says 'your phone number' (sometimes you may need to leave out the 0 or +44 and start with the 7 instead!)

  3. Click 'Send Me a Code to Sign In'

  4. You will receive a text message with a verification code

  5. Type in the verification code where it says ‘Login Code’

  6. You'll then be taken to the Elder Hub!

How to update your Contact Details:

If you'd like to update your phone number or email address, you can change this within the Elder Hub, head to your profile and click on 'Personal Information', scroll down to 'Contact Details' and click 'Edit'. Be sure to click 'Save' once you're updated contact details have been inputted.

You can access the Elder Hub from any device, but you'll still need to follow the verification process.
