A one-off enhancement is only offered in exceptional circumstances depending on the urgency and location of a placement. Any applicable one-off enhancement will be clearly shown to the right-hand side of a placement advert.

One-off starting enhancement will be added to your first week of pay. Find more information on payments here.

Please note that any enhancements are finalised before you apply for a placement. Once you have been selected for a placement, enhancements cannot be changed.

Some placements will have ongoing enhancement for things like specialist care, night care and driving requirements. Any applicable ongoing enhancements will be added to the weekly rate.
