How to find the contact details for the customer or the outgoing carer ahead of placement starting

Before heading out to placement, you can contact the customer using Elder Chat. To start messaging the customer, head to the inbox section of Elder Hub and select the Customer’s name.

You’ll also be able to view the contact details for the customer and the outgoing carer in the Elder Hub. You can view this by:

1. Heading to the homepage of ElderHub
2. Click on “Placement details”
3. You’ll be able to view placement contact details for the customer, and if applicable, the outgoing carer.
