Elder has partnered with Access Learning to offer free training modules for self-employed carers on the loyalty programme that request access.
You can request access by:
Heading to the home screen of the Elder Hub
Click on your name and scroll to 'Loyalty programme'
Select 'e-learning' and register to access free online learning
After requesting access, you'll receive an invitation email from Access Learning with login instructions. You'll need to use these details when accessing the portal for the first time.
If you're struggling to access the learning platform (having previously logged in), you'll be able to recover your account by clicking 'Trouble logging in?' on the home page.
Once you've completed your learning, don't hesitate to send them through to us at [email protected] or via Elder Chat and we can display this on your profile. Customers reviewing your profile love to see training and certificates completed. Adding completed training to your carer profile will make you stand out amongst other carers.
