How does Elder's loyalty programme work?
How does Elder's loyalty programme work?
Updated over 2 months ago

When you regularly work on placements via the Elder Hub, you’ll be given access to one of three loyalty packages on the 1st of every month.

Each day of care counts, as the package you receive will depend on the number of days of care you’ve provided over the previous 180 days (6 months). On the 1st of each month, we'll calculate how many days of care you've completed in the previous 6 months and which tier of loyalty you're eligible for.

The different tiers are as follows:

Silver package

If you’ve provided between one and 59 days of care via the Platform in the previous six month period, you’ll have access to the Silver package, offering:

  • Reimbursed paid travel to and from your placements

  • Access to a 24/7 emergency support line

  • Access to e-learning courses through an external provider, Access Learning

  • Access to the following rewards from our external partner, Onsi:

    • Mental health support: 24/7 emotional support, expert advice and counselling

    • Self-employed assistance services: Get help managing your money and more

    • Perks and discounts: Deals and discounts on food, fuel, technology and more
