When you regularly work on placements via ElderHub, you’ll be given access to one of three loyalty packages on the 1st of every month.

Once you've delivered your first day of care via the Platform you'll be eligible for the loyalty programme. Each day of care counts, as the package you receive will depend on the number of days of care you’ve provided over the previous 180 days (6 months). On the 1st of each month, we'll calculate how many days of care you've completed in the previous 6 months and which tier you're eligible for.

Once you've delivered just one day of care via the Platform you'll be eligible for the loyalty programme. You can access your rewards in the Elder Hub by heading to your profile and scrolling down to 'loyalty programme'.

Our third-party provider, Onsi, will reach out to you via email to invite you to sign up to their platform. Signing up is completely free of charge and will instantly give you access to your eligible rewards.

All of our loyalty packages also give you free access to an external e-learning platform, Access Learning, where you can enhance your specialist skills on topics like dementia and stroke care. If you’re eligible for one of the loyalty packages and would like to get started with e-learning, you'll be able to register your interest through a form on the Elder Hub.
