We’re sorry to hear that you no longer wish to use Elder’s platform as a self-employed carer.

If you no longer wish to partner with Elder, we can help you deactivate your account. Let us know by sending us a on Elder chat or emailing us on [email protected]

As a reminder, carers use the Elder Platform on a self-employed basis, and on a contractual basis: therefore communication relating to closing your account is not equivalent to any termination of employment.
